Splitmulti, set to begin operations on October 1, 2023, is more than just an e-commerce platform. It is a comprehensive software suite that includes a payment gateway, an e-commerce website and an Escrow Aggregation Software (EAS). The EAS is a revolutionary split payment solution that enables wholesale discounts to cascade down to aggregated retail customers, ensuring retail consumers benefit from discounted wholesale prices.

During the unveiling, Mr. Temitope Runsewe, Chairman of Sage Grey Technologies Limited, emphasized Splitmulti’s potential to increase visibility for rural vendors and align with the government’s agenda to boost nationwide productivity and commerce. He also highlighted the versatility of the EAS solution, which can be seamlessly deployed on any other e-commerce site, fostering new opportunities for cost savings across various industries.

In addition to these new offerings, Sage Grey Technologies highlighted its 100-person Customer Support Centre in Ibadan. This facility, powered by the company’s proprietary Nkiru Software, provides real-time, efficient customer service through various channels, including a ticketing system, live chat, and a self-service portal. The company also maintains an operational hub in Oke-afa, Isolo.
